LOST PACKAGES
We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE

But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our contact page. Please include your name, order number, e-mail registered and details of the product + pictures. We will get back to you with instructions on the process. INCORRECT INFORMATION
If you’ve made an order with an incorrect address or missing apartment number, email us immediately at marojewelry.ny242@gmail.com to resolve your issue before your order ships. If we’re unable to make a change of address, we do not take any responsibility for the incorrect information.
If you received the wrong size, incorrect item or a damaged item in your package, DM us immediately.
Exchanges (if applicable)
